1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the mtown88 platform, you hereby fully agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon clicking the registration button or logging in for the first time.

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Management

Each member is allowed to open only one account on the mtown88 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email and active mobile number. mtown88 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by members.

• The account password must be kept fully confidential by the member at all times.
• Any suspicious activity in your account must be reported to the mtown88 customer support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• mtown88 reserves the right to request further identity verification (KYC) before processing financial transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mtown88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions.

The financial transaction conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 for all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50 for all payment methods.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method or account registered under the same name as the mtown88 account.
• Any withdrawal attempt using a third-party payment method will not be permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mtown88 offers various bonuses to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms of use that members must fully comply with before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

For the 120% welcome bonus up to RM888, the wagering requirements are as follows:

• The bonus is calculated as 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,488 → wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.
• mtown88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any abuse or breach of conditions.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback and the VIP programme are also subject to their own conditions which will be stated separately. Weekly cashback for Bronze members is up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.

6. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

As an mtown88 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in the spirit of fair play. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Registering with false information or falsifying identity verification documents.
• Using the account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Acting in a manner that harasses, threatens or harms other members or mtown88 staff.

Any breach of these provisions gives mtown88 the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice and without any obligation to return the existing balance.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

mtown88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close the account of any member in the following circumstances:

• Age or identity verification fails or cannot be completed within the set timeframe.
• There is activity suspected to be fraud, manipulation or system abuse.
• The member has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with mtown88's internal policy.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes may also be submitted to our support team.

8. Responsible Gambling

10. Law & Jurisdiction

mtown88 operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mtown88 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, or through a court with jurisdiction under the relevant licensing laws.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
